After spending a glorious afternoon at Roma St. Parklands picnicing with Team Thomas and all their mates and family Michelle and I headed over to my Mum’s house for a family get-together.

While we’ve been away, we’ve missed my little sisters 21st, my big sisters 30th, my mum’s partner’s 60th and of course the birth of my little nephew. So last night we all caught up together for a big catchup.

Mum cooked up a mighty fine roast, complete with Yorkshire pudding, potatos, sweet potatos (yams for the yanks), corn, onions, squash, beans and and beef. To top off an already fine meal, we had the yummiest of pineapple upside down cakes and homemade custard. Terrific.

It was great to catchup with most of the family and to finally meet our favourite nephew Jet.
