For the longest time I’ve been experiencing various feelings of lethargy and apathy which have beared a negative influence on my decisions to go out and do things. It could be the winter, it could be the not-so-long days at work, it could be a lot of things. However, since having our xmas break in France I’ve come back full of pith and vinegar.
I’m back at the gym, I’m loving getting out of the house and I feel like I’m planning heaps of little social outings. It’s good to come home now and find that turning on the television isn’t the draw card it used to be.
This week I’ve been out for Indian in Brick Lane, over to Gerrod’s to see if his PS3 was still working (it was but might need me to check again this weekend), over to visit our friend Matt, out for drinks with Nathan and Kirstin and then out for dinner in Richmond with our friends Michael and Robyn.
I’ve already done all that plus I have two full days of the weekend to do more. Yay!
I’m loving 2008 so far and I see it being a big, big year for us and can’t wait to experience everyday of it.
