Hanging out old school

How cool would it be to have absolutely everyone important in your life all within a couple of hours of travel time?

Over the last few weeks I’ve had the opportunity to catch up with most of my old vegas friends and it’s been such a pleasure.

I’m so fortunate to have such great friends. It’s just a bit difficult not being able to be around all of them as some are scattered around the world at the moment.

We miss our London friends soooo much. Why can’t you guys just follow us around and match up your schedules with ours? It would make selfish Ben immensely happy.

While being completely inappropriate for kids – their target audience – this site does provide entertainment value for adults.

I took the – How much of a greenhouse pig am I – test which tells me when I should die based on my C02 usage. I exploded into a mess of blood and guts at the age of 1.4.

The rest of the site is hilarious – a favourite section for me is the This is your lifestyle … see how much you suck!

A few days ago Spesch and I were out at the local Toyota car yard just browsing when I saw a familiar face walk by us. I turned around and started a friendly conversation with her.

B: Hi. How are you?

Girl: Really, really well. How are you? It’s been ages.

B: Yeah. We’ve been living o/s in the UK for the last 3 years.

Girl: Yeah a lot of the guys are over there now hey?

B: Absolutely.

etc…

B: Great seeing you again. See ya later.

[walking away....]

B: Well that was nice seeing Rachi again.

M: That wasn’t Rachi.

B: Didn’t think so. Who was she then?

3 days later and I still have no idea if I actually knew this girl or not. How embarassment!

Ben has been playing a bit of indoor cricket lately. Yesterday I opened the car glove box and then promptly slammed it shut after being confronted by this lovely cricket accessory.

Box in a Glovebox

If it’s still there next time I open the glove box he’ll be wishing he was wearing it!!!!
